Greg Brown, Co-Founder

A single, middle child (you’ll have to ask her personally about how this works lol), Avriana is a daughter of an immigrant and an incredibly committed mother. The first in her family to graduate college, Avriana has always been known to have a heart for others. From leadership roles in sports to caring for her community through service, she eventually transitioned this mind and heart set into her work. Working her way up as a regional director in the beauty industry Avriana was known as the woman who would get things done.

The work she was used to helped her position herself well as a young woman until she began to realize that the type of work she had been exposed to was limited. Getting introduced to the world of finance, Avriana transitioned those same characteristics throughout her life and became nationally recognized through her work with mentoring and training professionals within the field.

Fast forward to today, Avriana remains the brains and backbone of the Evolution organization. Consulting with partners on a daily basis and offering key insights to help entrepreneurs all around the country scale, Avriana has grown passionate about helping people achieve their “next”. As she continues to grow and lead, the world is only now getting to learn about her story. The lives that have been impacted and the ones that will be changed because of the experiences she’s gained along the way is hard to imagine and we are excited to be along for the ride!

Growing up in a military household, Greg took what he learned from his parents and dove into school and sports. Capable of getting academic scholarships to anywhere in the US, Greg decided to double down on his love for basketball and earned the privilege of playing D1 basketball at St Francis (Pa). Upon graduating, Greg secured a contract to play professional in the top league of Brazil and attributes this season of his life as a huge “shift in perspective”.

After 2 seasons, Greg came home and began to work in his career fields of choice (IT & Marketing) until growing dissatisfied with, what he calls, “The lack of autonomy present in the tradition corporate structure”. This was the catalyst for his leap into the world of entrepreneurship. From gig work to freelance videography, and everything in between, the biggest lesson Greg learned along the way was self awareness. Yes understanding his vision and motive became the greatest key to his successes and the lack of this awareness became the key to every failure.

This is what Greg has grown passionate about and has committed is life work to helping people get clear on their vision and become aware of the necessary steps to execute. Whether it be marketing, systems, capital, community engagement or organizational leadership, Greg has accumulated nearly a decade of experiences and has built his organization around sharing what he’s learned with the world.
